Senaura Spaces creates healthy returns within commercial real estate. Working with Commercial Landlords, Property Managers and Businesses of all shapes and sizes, Senaura Spaces helps clients drive occupancy and price per square foot by integrating biophilic design, WELL certification and innovation through consultation and management. The result is an enhancement of health, productivity and satisfaction of building tenants.

These results not only reward tenants who occupy buildings that have worked with Senaura Spaces, but they provide the results to drive interest and inquiries from outside businesses. A core specialty of Senaura Spaces is marketing the results and working with building management to create a strategy that is efficient and highly targeted.

It’s a healthier way to do business that knows that neither a building or business is complete without its people. We bring back people’s sense of belonging. We bring back their pride and passion. We ensure people positively feel the effects of redesigned spaces so that Landlords and Businesses can feel it work too.

What Really Makes Us Unique?

Other consultancies, architects and designers often pitch their business in terms of what they will do to a building to make it healthier and better for its occupants. And because most have grown so big, they have a large employee base and will solely rely on that workforce to undertake all facets of a project.

At Senaura Spaces it is not primarily what we will do to a building, but what we will do to the people that interact with it. Do we want them to feel enveloped in luxury and inspired to do more? Do we want them to feel energized and more social? Or do we just want them to focus more and take time to be by themselves in peace?

In all instances, we first focus on what meaning we want a space to hold to people and how we want to make them feel. From there we can ensure differentiation and positive outputs alongside the building certifications and physical changes.

And perhaps most unique of all, Senaura Spaces isn’t limited by its workforce. In every project we source the best in their field to deliver world class design in commercial real estate. We partner with top curators for art, innovators for product invention and fitness experts for studios and equipment. It’s a workforce designed to recalibrate standards of success. It’s often luxuriously biophilic and always creatively WELL.

Our Values

feel it work

nicky nole

Managing Director

Nicky Nole founded Senaura Spaces with the mission to rethink commercial buildings and places. Working almost 20 years for companies such as Toyota, WPP and Coty, and living in places such as New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, London and Singapore, she experienced firsthand the perks and pitfalls of the office environment across different cultures and lifestyles. As an Anthropology major from Yale University who also studied Feng Shui, Health Coaching and Interior Design, she knew there was a better way for businesses and landlords to connect to the people they needed to produce and thrive. It was this passion and accumulation of skills that led to the formation of Senaura Spaces.

Nicky continues to optimize her skills to ensure innovation and creativity are at the forefront of every project. Additional degrees in Biophilic Design & Theory and a Stanford Executive degree in Sustainability Strategies for Business have recently led her to address projects using a reduced carbon footprint and a reconnection to nature. For her, Senaura Spaces should tackle both the immediate business goal, but also deliver long term competitive advantage using an understanding  of what customers will want both now and in the future. She believes that clients should not just feel it work today, but should also feel it work tomorrow.

  • I love that I get to help people drive success via health and wellness. For much of my career, success and health often sat at opposing ends of the spectrum where you had to sacrifice one to get the other. As businesses start to realize how these two dynamics actually support one another, I think we’ll create not only more financially stable businesses, but also more emotionally and physically supported workforces to drive that outcome.

  • I enjoy exploring the latest in fitness, nutrition and technology. Recently, I’ve been eating more vegan meals rather than the meat-heavy diet I’ve consumed almost all my life. I also lift weights, run and dice up my workout routine so that it never gets stale. Sometimes I even like to make up my own mini classes; my latest kick is performing 25 minutes of HIIT followed by 25 minutes of lower body band work. A good infrared sauna session and yoga is always appreciated to help with recovery.

  • Singapore. I lived there for many years and love the infusion of biophilic design within the buildings. Every space has such a great balance of indoors and outdoors and as someone who loves to walk, I appreciate how easy they’ve made it to get everywhere. There’s also a strong sense of community and it doesn’t hurt that the food is incredible. I can totally see why it is a Blue Zone!
